i play online on the xbox 360 & i keep getting had by snipers, and people with auto grenade launchers,

Yes. Solution is play on the servers where are MGL not allowed and concerning to snipers - dont play (create) maps, where snipers got advantage (big, no covers maps)
Also in incoming patch would be assault rifles more powerfull to avoid those camping snipers take control of the map.
We all hope that it would be better than.  ;)

yes, but i only have FC2 on the 360 not PC so i can't change the server

I dont think so. You should not join "quick game", but when you choose if you wnat play ranked or players match, then go down in the mp menu, choose "connect to own game" and then you will see list of the servers.
