I think D_B has already placed those in the maps you can view here and here.
At least, I found them using those maps  ;)
I think you missed some diamonds in the middle desert though. There are 4 of them and I see only one in your pic (maybe you are standing right on top of another one).
Funny is I know I have a complete map with the middle desert somewhere in my PC, but can't find it here at OWG easily  :(
Will check it with the rest of the guys here and come back latter

There´s four of them   :D. I only knew of the one along the road and the one at the railroad I only found by chance. I´ve never use a map to hunt for diamonds though, I´ll make that the goal for my next playthrough  ;)

have put border map in gallery section.
you can actually get the top 2 at any time during 1st Act
(just stay on Roads & Railways or you will pass out!)
