What's the trick to getting high quality videos from YouTube?

Anyone know the secret to getting high quailty video uploaded to YouTube?

For some reason, one of my movie came out to near perfection:

The other movies on the same page did not fare as well.  It's one of my pet peeves about YouTube - unable to guarentee high quaility video.

No idea, but my videos look 10 times better on my PC before I upload to youtube. Actually, I thought your videos were looking really crisp if I remember correctly

I've experienced similar, no consistency as to the quality.
