I believe that waterfall is near an unmarked GP at the end of a bridge in Bowa-Seko, SW of Port Selao. There's a diamond case under the water next to the wrecked car.

Hehe, cheers mate :) It did take me a little while, at first I was thinking of the waterfall south of the eastern comm tower in Leboa. It was the wrecked car that finally made it twig :)
