Some citizens carry lots of florins

Three times now, I pick-pocketed civilians and received over 900 florins for my efforts.  Mostly the citizens carry little - 3-15 florins, but there are those rare individuals that must have just been to the bank, or have just left from that establishment.  In any case, it certainly fattened my purse.
