Bug warning!!

just so you won´t have the same problems I´m having now  :'(. You must do a quest called "Bye bye love" before doing the quest called " How little we know". If not you find yourself not beeing able to complete the quest because the the game will not let you use the speach options necessery to complete it. I´m now looking for a way to reset the quest so I won´t have to go back and redo about 2 days worth of gameplay.

Edit: I found a workaround on the wiki and got it sorted, not the way I wanted to but I´ll take it  ::)

Thx for the heads up deadman. Actually i have that quest in my list. I found Carlito in the vault and talked to him, but now ive got to go back to the Strip, and hopefully find his GF again. Honestly, there's so many quests, and related/unrelated side quests that you can have ongoing simultaneously in your Pipboy, and so  many ways of doing them, i think there will turn out to be quite a few bugs, not to mention mods that somehow interfere with quests, which is what happened to me yesterday.

I was doing a rather drawn out side quest called G.I. Blues, where at one point, you have to visit this out of the way place where an NCR Major is handing out free food and water to NCR citizens who live in Vegas. When i approached the building, guarded by 2 NCR men out front, i gave them the password.(alternately i also tried the speech option) On both attempts to enter i CTD'ed. ::)

On a hunch, i had a look at my list of active mods, and tried disabling a gun shop mod for Freeside, called Cums Guns and Casino. and voila! I was able to enter the building. Now that i finished the quest, ill reactivare that mod.
