Question about Requiem

Requiem as you all probably know is the name of the last mission in BM. I distinctly remember being able to get up out of your casket and unload on every henchmen crowding around you. Now when i played this mission last night, all i could do was just lay there. I'm pretty sure i tried to press every button, but nothing happens and my heart just kept beating until finally my body descended down below fading into a bright red screen. Is there something special you have to do to get up and massacre everybody?

movement keys, "twiggle" them a bit and you'll hear 47's heart rate go up. Keep twiggling until you've revived him - then he'll get up.
