Title: Bill Evans - Remembering the Rain
Post by: PZ on March 26, 2012, 09:26:00 PM
The first time I heard this song was on an old sitcom out of the '70s.  WKRP in Cincinnati was a program that I still enjoy

Lovely piece of music :)

My memories of WKRP were a tad different :)

Never herd of Bill Evans' music before. I expected some hill-billy country music, given the picture in that vid. Nice sound though, it would fit fine in a Sunday morning :-X ^-^

The shame is that in the DVD remastering, it is said that the company did not want to license the original sound track music they played when it aired on TV so they piped in fake music.  I don't know if this is true, but if so, that ruins a good DVD set.
