Here is a funny mod - multiple strong wires. You can have many wires (not just one), and they are strong - they do not break. I actually towed a large truck with a tank ;D
Here are several govmen trying frantically to shed themselves of the strong grapple wires, but are unsuccessful. Because they are so preoccupied with their efforts, they don't even notice my presence.
