Maybe in the browser version of the Social Club? Could also be in their SC client.

Yeah, PZ, I looked on the website and all over the in game menus, nothing that looks like a "Players" menu.
I was wondering about that policy update blah blah, too, and didn't find it, either. However, after a while it disappeared.
