"Check your files for viruses" ;)
Whenever I download something, I upload it there and have it checked. Anonymous, quick, better than just one personal AV program on your rig. I've used it for ages now.
I too fully endorse this - I've used it many times since Art first mentioned it. You just can't be too careful these days.
