Thanks mate, that was a nice vid, the narrator tells us that basically you can create yourself the way you'd like to be, become what you think you are. Intervene in roadside robbery, wipe out or protect a town, ignore or participate in a fight, challenge gun slingers or get challenged (duels), even dress in a fashion that you like, as in distinguished lawman or rowdy type. Catch people with a bounty on their heads, and use a bandana so you're not rising your own bounty. Sure looks good, and if I had a console, I'd kind of be very tempted to get it.  :) :-X

I haven't yet found anyone who was willing enough to give a new one to me, along with a decent TV set and a matching 5.1 sound system as well as additional proper gear to enjoy the experience. Once that happens, I actually might consider playing it ;D

new news about the RDR multiplayer has me really excited.

Along with standard team deathmatch and objectives, there will be multiplayer free roam!  Acting as the lobby of game matches, you can meet up with friends or strangers in the entire single player map containing AI enemies and even animals along with certain challenges.  You can launch the traditional matches from there or just ride around the world encountering other posses or doing challenges.

I am thinking of something akin to FUEL free roam only with horses and guns.  It supports 16 people at a time, so I assume it's using FUEL's method of roaming "servers" that patch you in with others in that area up to 16.  Other groups will appear in their world in the same part of the map.
