Yes, end of 2013 iirc.

BTW, do not buy...seriously...ever even contemplate buying the game Inquisitor, a newly released old school RPG, its absolute shite to play even though the storyline is really good...seriously dont buy it....please? pwetty pweese? :)

Really looking forward to this game :

You should check out Divinity 2 Ego Draconis (aka Dragon Knight Saga).

If you want to check out an awesome isometric RPG, you cant get better than Divine Divinity by the same people, one of the best RPG's ever.

Again just mentioning because of the dragon tie ins.

What's in Divinity 2: Developer's Cut (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XvQ91M7VbPM#ws)

Speaking of Divinity 2, have you seen this?

I'm about 350 hours into Skyrim right now, but I will be checking to see if this Divinity series is available for my x360.

The 360 version is called Divinity Dragon 2 Knight Saga, it contains the original game, plus expansion, its great.

All the Divinity games are good, but the others are isometric, like Diablo (but MUCH better).

If you go to gog.com, they were running a "pay what you want" for the original games and then a special deal on the DC of Div2, but I think thats over, but Divine Divinity is cheap as chips either way and its great.

Got it off Amazon. Also ordered a copy of D2 Ego Draconis; this is supposed to be the Gamestop pre-order edition with bonus content. Didn't have great review, but was only $5 more than regular edition.....I'll see if they actually have it since it was listed as last copy when I ordered. :)

I dont know abut any pre order stuff, but usually that kinda stuff is only good for early levels in RPG games.

I got mine in a Steam or Gamers Gate sale, I bought the game and expansion seperately, I got the 360 version in a GAME sale, when they were closing down, so I probably got the lot for less than 20€.

I think on gog, you could pay a cent for each of the old games and then a different figure for the new game, but the whole deal seemed too convoluted for me to bother reading too much about it, but there were alot of free copies of the older games being given away as gifts on the site, by people that already owned them, but got them as part of the deal.

This is the most recent version I know of, I dont know if the price is good or not, or what the "play like the devs intended" means.

http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/divinity_2_developers_cut (http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/divinity_2_developers_cut)

As regards the game itself, its a difficult enough game, you may have to grind some levels to get past some enemies. If playing on PC, I suggest you use a gamepad if you have one. There are hidden skill books, I would suggest you at least read a skillbook location walkthrough before starting, because there is one in the tutorial area and the jump is awkward, so keep trying, it can be done.

Good info, thanks  :-X

While shopping on Amazon I picked up 4 Dragon Age books, well 3 books and a comic. Read the comic first and now working on the Stolen Throne.... :)

David Gaider> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Gaider (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Gaider)

The Silent Grove is the Dark Horse comic referenced in the wiki. It features Alistair, Isabela and Varric...The Stolen Throne is really giving me a lot of background info that was probably in the codex, but I didn't spend much time reading all the codex entries while playing. The Calling and Asunder are the other 2...

Same here, I just hoovered up the codex stuff with the intention of reading it, but.....

Thanks for the linkage :)

Fiach,

Forgot to mention I also bought Dawn of the Seeker DVD while on my spending spree. Not into Anime, but watched it last night and it was pretty good. Fits the DA story & lore and Cassandra is the main character....

Also, it came with a code for a digital copy of The Silent Grove comic. Since I already have a hardcover copy you are welcome to the code if you want it. Let me know and I'll post the particulars... :-X

I never even heard of it mate, so thanks for the heads up, it's on play.com for €11, so I checked the review and its supposed to be very good, so I'll get it, as regards the comic, I dont really bother with them, if theres a code in the box when I get it, i'll give it to my sons.

Thanks again for the heads up :)

If you have Blu-Ray I'd get the combo pack. Actually would have been $1 cheaper for me, but I spaced and bought the DVD. Forgot I had this LG combo player in this PC  :-[

Well, my DA stuff is 360 CE versions, so I'll just chuck the dvd into the CE box, my BR player is a PS3, so no cross contamination :)

I thought the trailer from E3 looked good. Seeing Varric, Morrigan and Cassandra was  :-X I'm guessing the delay was changing from Frostbite 2 to 3.......I'm reading Asunder right now and everything seems to be on track with Sandal's prophecy ... :)

After the witch DLC I treat DA games with a serious degree of caution tbh :)

Played Witch Hunt, Amgarrak & Darkspawn Chronicles to get the last five achievements. Then I reloaded Oblivion and started up from where I left off in the tutorial. Up to level 14 now and did the KotN faction quests and also the Arena faction so now I'm Grand Champion fwiw.......not a bad looking game considering it's age; just have to deal with stuttering caused by 'loading area' which seems to clear up if I exit/reenter the game...on that note I still have almost 400 hours in Skyrim and haven't finished it yet.

:-D Never thought I'd get past the Harvester on hard, took several tries and the right build/strategy to do it....did I mention I also have over 1700 hours invested in Dragons Dogma? Love the combat system in that one; I started killing dragons by jumping on their faces and whacking away while they tried to fly  >:D lot of fun...

I have spent 1,329 hours on FC3 and exactly 1,000 on GTA IV. So I understand what 1,700+ hours means. Nice one  :) :-X

I've had FC3 on the shelf since it came out, just haven't gotten around to it yet. Must be pretty good if you've sunk that many hours in it  8)

Hi guys!

I drop in every once in awhile to see what's new. Lost the system with all my modded games on and never recovered anything. Played a lot on my 360, then put together another PC which I'm currently doing more modded games on ie DA:O, DA2, FO3, FNV and Skyrim. 360 is still very good, but you can't get the more 'adult' content that you can on the PC...if you get my drift

I recall that you could mod adult content into Fallout and Dragon's Age
