I'm not sure if people are still modding FC3, but here is another nice change to do. A parameter found in the firemode section called "fPrepareShotTime" controls the time to cycle the bolt/pumping the "pump" on some of the snipers/shotguns. You can lower it to fire the Z93, M133, R700, Bull, Predator and 1887 faster without swapping fire method  :)
