using water to your advantage

All superheroes need a weakness.  Aside from bullets, Cole's biggest is water.  BUT you can use it to your advantage.

Try doing a shockwave on a bad guy (or citizen if you're evil) and send them flying into the reflecting pool in the pond.  Then use a blast of lightning anywhere in the water to watch them fry.  Just don't do the shockwave too close to them or they'll die before hitting the water...
