Ok another question. When you are searching for the Family do you find them in the open or "hidden"? I wanna find these dudes and see about poor Ian to finish Lucy's quest. 
The sun is over the yardarm somewhere in the world..time for a beer :)  :)

The Family is in a subway station not far from Arefu. I think the old guy manning the barricades will point you in the right direction, sort of.
