PS4 not compatible with PS3 games?

I recall noticing the differences first in FC2 - driving was smooth as silk on the PS3, but aiming was so bad the developers had a auto-aim feature to help keep from missing.  In comparison, driving with the mouse and keyboard was clunky, jerky, and simply awkward in comparison.

Overall I sill prefer the PC because the advantages far outweigh the disadvantages for me
