I think it is the mission where you have to kill the lieutenant of police. I'm not sure how the mission is called, but I remember I met him on that same bridge. I forgot to do the buddy mission I guess, it was my first playthrough. Don't know what weapon I used but I remember I killed the guy by blowing up his fancy ride. 8) Aren't you standing on the railroad bridge right beside this bridge?

You're correct, Binn  :-X  This was actually the first time I'd done this mission this way; I never thought I would like to do it this way, but the bridge attacks on a moving target has always been fun for me.
