MP gameplay footage - Map editor officially confirmed!

I just watched the MP vid, which took about half an hour to come down (sigh...) I agree with what you guys have been saying about it. Way too busy and gimmicky for me too. I thought the HUD was overly cluttered with unnecessary information and some of the stuff that was going on just looked bizarre (what was with all those guys turning into black silhouettes after the bomb landed near them, and that yucky-looking yellow glowiness in places? Hmm...) I'd avoid the MP game like the plague. I understand its a pre-alpha demo, but even so.

I did like the look of the playing area graphics, except... dunno if it's just me, but I thought the fire effects looked nowhere near as good as the ones in FC2, especially in that bit at 2:40. That looked pretty crappy in fact. I can only hope they're still working on it.

So nah - definitely not interested in the MP game.
