I use Chaseys Draw, which is free and accepts Photoshop files. Quite a powerful little prog and v easy to use.
Jokes about ducks are not all they're quacked up to be. ;-)

Ninite is a good page to install essential software if you build a new PC or reformat. Everything there is updated automatically to the latest version.
